The School Code of Illinois and the Illinois Administrative Code, part 226, have defined the need for special education as well as the need for the organized administration of all special education programs and services. L.E.A.S.E. provides this organized administration of all special education programs and services for La Salle and Putnam Counties.
The LaSalle/Putnam Educational Alliance for Special Education (L.E.A.S.E.). 1009 Boyce Memorial Drive, Ottawa, Illinois 61350, will receive statements of qualifications for Architectural Services. Any interested parties should obtain a qualification packet related to the scope of services required, the selection process, and the qualifications requested by L.E.A.S.E. Statements of Qualification Proposals should be submitted to Ms. Mary Jane Chapman, L.E.A.S.E. Executive Director, on or before 12:00 p.m., November 30. Statement of Qualification Proposals received after the aforementioned time/date will not be accepted or considered.
